History

BMG Law Group opened its doors in 2007. Since then, Mr. Giehl’s practice focuses on real estate; insurance recovery, representing policy holders; corporate and commercial documents; corporate consulting in the areas of insurance regulations and compliance, as well as private placement offerings; providing advice regarding the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate; prepare/review residential and commercial leases for properties; and landlord-tenant disputes, including court appearances; matrimonial; and civil litigation.

He is engaged in a broad range of commercial, residential and financing transactions for institutional, corporate, not-for-profit and individual clients. His practice includes conveyances (sales and purchases), leasing, mortgage lending, sale/leaseback, construction contracts and other contracts.

Transactional work encompasses sales, purchases, leases, subleases, licenses, operating agreements, and mortgage lending involves commercial buildings, office buildings, industrial properties, condominium units, co-op apartment buildings and individual co-op apartments, and single-family homes. The leases involve commercial space, stores, offices, garages, warehouses, residences, and equipment leases, as well as residential leases.
